无破碎粮食提升机

新型旋斗式提升机是除卸料时通过卸料装置使料斗旋转卸料，其余运行部分不管平行还是垂直输送时料斗始终进料口向上（靠重力自然下垂作用），通过链条带动料斗在封闭的壳体内输送物料。能水平——垂直——水平组合输送。可以单点或多点加料，通过卸料装置完成单点或者多点卸料。全封闭、无漏料、无污染。适用于输送各种粉状物料和颗粒状物料，以输送非粘性物质为最佳。本设备最大优点是组成形式灵活，由于运行阻力小所以驱动功耗低，对物料的破损率基本为零，使用本设备能提高粮食烘干品质增加粮食收储单位经济效益，尤其适用于东北地区粮食烘干塔至干粮仓提升使用。本机采用PLC控制加变频调速，实现智能无人值守从而大大节省人力。

　　该新型提升机主要组成形式有Z字型、C字型、混合型、水平型其工作原理及特点相同，都是用于水平——垂直——水平输送粉体、颗粒状及小块状物料。其结构紧凑、占地面积小、提升高度大、密封性能好物料无破损。驱动功率小节能环保、便于保养。

　　整机防爆，内置强制通风体统，自动料斗清洗系统，自动加油系统。

　　该机提升量3—100m³/h

　　旋斗式提升机（Z字型提升机C字型提升机）单台最长输送距离：

　　水平可以达到100米，垂直可达到60米。根据用户定。
